Georgia couple arrested for child neglect at beach

The cameras were rolling as deputies in Florida woke up a Georgia couple visiting a Florida beach. The sheriff says they were drunk and passed out with no clue where their children were. Those kids were later found unsupervised swimming in a hotel pool.
